Order Processing

Thanks for shopping with Raising Patriots. Here’s how we get your order to you.

Most of our apparel and accessories are made to order, so they take a little longer than off-the-shelf items. Made-to-order products typically print and ship within 3 to 7 business days. Books and in-stock items typically ship within [1 to 3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Once your order ships, typical transit time within the United States is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Local Delivery (Austin, TX Area)

If you’re local to the Austin, Texas area, you can choose local delivery at checkout where available. We’ll reach out to coordinate a delivery window.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking information. If you don’t see it within 10 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier’s control, and we can’t guarantee against carrier delays. If your order arrives damaged, or it’s been significantly longer than the estimate above, email us at [your email] with your order number and we’ll make it right.
