We do our best to display our products and their colors accurately, but we can’t guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly. Because many items are made to order, slight variations can occur. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability current and accurate. Occasionally there may be errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, even after you have submitted your order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Preorders

Preordered items are charged at the time of order and ship on or around the date noted on the product page. Estimated ship dates may change. If a preorder is significantly delayed, we will notify you and you may request a refund of the preordered item before it ships.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines and methods are described in our Shipping policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund policy. Both are part of these Terms by reference. Please review them before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Raising Patriots and Home of the Brave names and logos, book content, product designs, text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Raising Patriots and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
